Since the launch of the company, they used a default website from the property management system. Our brief was to create a customized website from the scratch that reflects the company goals and improve the value of the brand.
my approach
First of all, we installed a heatmap tool and google analytics on the old website to start to collect information about the users’ behavior. One month later and based on the data collected we started a project for a new website with a redesign of the navigation flow. We used the big real estate portals like Trulia and Zillow to initial point. From wireframe to final code, The Youline team and I developed a brand new website that has been followed to all competitors.

We developed a responsive website with a premium theme for WordPress and the API integration for Property Management tool inGAIA. All the elements and interaction were customized to the small screen to improve performance and usability.
