Lotus website was an integrated website from a third-part yoga studio management software. It was functional in booking classes but was not Google friendly, it had a, not so nice, user experience specially on Mobile. It missed a lot in text content and images.
my approach
First of all, I did an analysis of website Google Analytics to identify the opportunities and collect information regarding audience behaviour, bounce rate, channels visitors, etc.. During the planning, I did a search terms study for the new pages, I also installed a heatmap tool and a scrollmap for collecting the audience interests in visit the website. In the content, we focus in showing the studio and the students during the yoga classes.

We developed a responsive website with a premium theme for WordPress and an API integration for Online Booking Management tool. All the design and each elements were customized with small screen in mind to improve usability.
